Policies / FAQ

Shipping Information

Most orders ship 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after purchase.  If the order is large, it make take up to one week to ship.  Bee Mine Sunshine takes great pride in creating quality handmade pieces. 

You may choose USPS first class mail or Priority Mail at checkout.  Please note: First Class Mail is NOT insured.  If you want an insured package and faster shipping speed, please choose Priority Mail.  Many times Priority Mail will not cost you much more and you could receive your order quite a bit faster.  First Class Mail can take 9 days (sometimes more) and we have no control over a mis-delivered package.

Bee Mine Sunshine is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.  Once it is in the hands of the postal service we cannot be held liable for its handling. Your order is trackable and you may contact USPS directly to resolve issues.  Please save the email containing your tracking number until your package arrives.

Free Shipping offers apply to FIRST CLASS shipping only.  If you select Priority at checkout, it will still be shipped first class. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if the product has a structural defect.  The product must be shipped back to Bee Mine Sunshine before a refund will be processed and must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receipt with tags still attached. Please use the contact page to inform us of an issue with your product and you will receive further instructions for return.  A store credit will be issued to you when the product is back in our possession.  Returns are not accepted for sizing issues, but an exchange will be accepted.  If the desired exchange is not available, a store credit will be issued.

If you desire an exchange, the original product must be returned in its unused, unworn condition, with tags attached, and postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.  A re-stocking and shipping charge will apply for the exchange to be sent.  Please use the contact page to receive further instructions for exchanges.

ALL sales from CLEARANCE section are FINAL.  

Please read item descriptions CAREFULLY.  Some fabrics used have patterns that make each item made from it look quite different from another.  Multiple photos are used to show this, but your exact order is handmade and may not be exactly as pictured.  If you have questions about this please contact us and we will answer any questions you may have.


Toys & Accessories

  • Do not allow your child to be left unattended or asleep in these items.  This poses a health risk.
  • It is recommended that they be removed during car seat use in case the child falls asleep 


  • Please refer to clothing tags for care/washing instructions
  • Instructions for legging care is included on the removable tag and should be noted before tag is thrown away
  • Please remove all paper tags (tags not sewn into the garment)  before wearing
  • None of our clothing is to be used as sleepwear/pajamas 


Frequently Asked Questions


Will your headbands fit adults?

All of our headbands will fit adults unless the description specifically says that it is for a child.  Our knot headbands and multi-way headwraps can be tied to fit your exact head size. 

Do you make your leggings in larger kid sizes or adult sizes?

At this time, no.  Our legging sizes are as stated in the product listing. 


I cloth diaper, will your leggings fit over a cloth diaper?

Our leggings are generously sized for fluffy bums and we have not had any issues reported from cloth diapering moms.  However, if the fit is unsatisfactory, we will accept an exchange for a larger size.  


What is the average turnaround time and how are orders shipped?

Our turnaround time is usually very prompt.  Most orders will ship 1-3 days after purchase.  If you have a large order, please allow 2-5 days. Orders may ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  You choose shipping speed at checkout.
